1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "sagilli", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the sagilli platform accessible at sagilli.app and all associated services, features, and content operated thereunder.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers an account on, or uses the sagilli platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the sagilli platform.
• "Platform" means the sagilli website, web application, mobile browser interface, and all services, games, and features accessible therein.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts and held within their sagilli account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, bonus funds, or free spin values awarded by sagilli under applicable promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with sagilli's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines under applicable Philippine law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sagilli Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by sagilli, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and sagilli.

Your continued use of the sagilli Platform following any published amendment to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms. sagilli recommends that all Players review this Agreement periodically for updates.

This Agreement is made available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English text of this Agreement and any translated version, the English text shall prevail in all respects.

3. Eligibility

To register an Account and use the sagilli Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using sagilli in any capacity.
• You are accessing sagilli from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawfully permitted, and your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and all funds used in connection with your sagilli Account originate from lawful sources in your name.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close relative of any such person of sagilli or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from sagilli or any affiliated gaming platform, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

sagilli reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by sagilli may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the sagilli Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether in one's own name, under another person's identity, or using alternate contact information — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your legal full name, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. sagilli relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

sagilli operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, sagilli may require you to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a Philippine passport, PhilHealth ID, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal suspension.

4.3 Account Closure by sagilli

sagilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) false or misleading registration information has been provided; (b) the Player fails to satisfy or no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3; (c) the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; or (d) regulatory requirements mandate such action. In the event of closure due to a Player's breach, any Bonus Balance shall be forfeited and sagilli may withhold Real Money Balance pending investigation.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sagilli Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. sagilli will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

You must notify sagilli immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. sagilli shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

All wagers, deposits, and actions taken through your Account prior to your notification of unauthorized access are your sole responsibility. sagilli strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your sagilli Account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). sagilli accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. sagilli does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

sagilli accepts only deposits from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and the Account being investigated.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts owned by and registered in the Player's name that correspond to a payment method previously used for deposits to the same sagilli Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods. sagilli does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are approximately 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya and 1–3 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

sagilli reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of this Agreement; (c) a chargeback, dispute, or reversal related to a prior deposit is under investigation; or (d) any wagering requirement associated with a Bonus Balance remains unsatisfied.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

sagilli complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) and its implementing rules. sagilli may file reports with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players are prohibited from using sagilli for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

sagilli may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to this Section and any additional terms published in connection with the specific promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made. sagilli calculates wagering requirements based on the Bonus Balance amount unless otherwise specified.

7.2 Bonus Validity

Bonus offers are subject to validity periods as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Any Bonus Balance not used within the validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

sagilli reserves the right to void and cancel any Bonus Balance, associated winnings, and free spin winnings where sagilli has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; (b) collusion with other Players to exploit promotional terms; (c) wagering patterns that constitute abuse of the bonus structure as determined by sagilli in its reasonable discretion. sagilli's determination in such matters shall be final.

8. Gameplay Rules

By placing any wager on the sagilli Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You fully understand the rules of the game you are playing, including all applicable return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures, which are published within each game's information panel on the sagilli Platform.
• All game outcomes on the sagilli Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studio environments.
• All wagers placed are final once confirmed. Technical malfunctions or errors that affect the integrity of a game round will be investigated by sagilli, and affected rounds may be voided at sagilli's discretion. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
• sagilli publishes the minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game. You are responsible for ensuring your wagers fall within these limits. Wagers placed in excess of published maximum limits may be reduced to the applicable maximum and the excess returned.
• sagilli reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the Platform at any time, including during active sessions, in the event of a technical fault, regulatory requirement, or provider instruction. sagilli shall not be liable for losses arising from game suspension in such circumstances.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sagilli Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering an Account using false, inaccurate, or third-party identity information;
• Creating or maintaining more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other technological aids to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other Players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing deposits after the corresponding funds have been used for wagering;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sagilli staff, live dealers, or other Players through any communication channel;
• Impersonating sagilli, its staff, or another Player.

10. Responsible Gaming

sagilli is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. sagilli takes its obligations under applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including PAGCOR's player protection standards, seriously.

10.1 Player Protection Tools

All sagilli Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools free of charge through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases cannot take effect for at least twenty-four (24) hours after the increase request is submitted.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss amounts. The same cooling-off period applies to any increase request.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and mandatory session breaks at intervals of their choosing.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions that display session duration and net financial position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may elect to self-exclude for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During the self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Indefinite self-exclusion may only be lifted after a minimum cooling-off period of thirty (30) days and upon written request to the sagilli support team with a 7-day reflection delay before reinstatement.

10.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

sagilli strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. sagilli employs age verification procedures at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. sagilli recommends that parents and guardians use available parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gaming platforms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the sagilli Platform, including but not limited to the sagilli brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game content and artwork, text, software, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of sagilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Platform content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Platform content; (c) reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or (d) use the sagilli brand, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes without sagilli's prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sagilli's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform and this Agreement shall be limited to the amount of the Real Money Balance in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

sagilli shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if sagilli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sagilli does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of technical errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability; sagilli will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in this Section shall limit sagilli's liability for death or personal injury caused by sagilli's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

sagilli collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy describes in detail what personal data sagilli collects, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal bases for processing, your rights as a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), and how to contact sagilli's Data Privacy Officer.

By registering a sagilli Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to sagilli's collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. You may withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy, subject to any overriding legal obligations.

sagilli may be required to disclose your personal information to PAGCOR, the AMLC, law enforcement agencies, or other competent Philippine authorities as required by applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

sagilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. sagilli will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are particularly significant, sagilli may also notify Players via their registered email addresses.

Your continued use of the Platform on or after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the account closure procedures in Section 4.3.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and sagilli, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting sagilli's support team. sagilli will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this Section shall limit sagilli's right to seek injunctive, interim, or other equitable relief before any competent Philippine court in respect of any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective from that date. sagilli thanks every Filipino player for taking the time to read and understand this Agreement.
